NEUROMUSCULAR ACTIVATION VIA
NEURAC METHOD
Neurac method is a treatment that aims to restore functional and pain-free movement patterns through high levels of neuromuscular activation. The treatment focuses on muscle interaction and the cause of the problems, not just the symptoms.
THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
Specialized exercise can address multiple aspects of general wellness such as proprioception, balance, core and pelvic floor strength, upright posture, cardiopulmonary function and lymphatic flow, amongst others. When working on a rebounder, multiple systems are targeted in one session.
ERGONOMICS
Extensive knowledge of human biomechanics and occupational movement is applied to assess office and home desk workstations.
